Nicole Denington

Nicole has performed at over 400 weddings.
She has a collection of exquisite instruments including a rare cross-strung harp, a small Celtic harp in addition to a stunning 38 string classical-style lever harp.

Nicole appears regularly in theatre and music productions, and performs regularly at Government House in Brisbane. In London, she performed at the British Museum and at numerous leading hotels and restaurants. Credits include film and recording session work, and airplay on ABC Classic FM.
Nicole has performed as guest soloist and chamber musician for companies including the Queensland Harp Society, Sydney University Celtic Society, Woodford Folk Festival, London International Festival of Theatre, Montenegro Theatre Festival, Grin and Tonic Theatre and QUT.

Nicole has released two of her own CDs, featuring original songs for solo harp: Celtic Angels, and most recently Convergence, launched in 2006.

Repertoire
She is a specialist in Celtic, Folk, Renaissance and Mediaeval harp music. She also has an extensive repertoire of Pop songs, Light Classical and Romantic pieces.

Lucy has a wealth of over 10 years of experience as a professional harpist, providing wedding, function and background music performances that are elegant, beautiful and refreshing.

Freelancing in London, Lucy has performed at St James’s Palace for Bi-Annual functions in the presence of HRH Princess Anne, and regularly appeared at all the major London venues including Harrods, the Mayfair and Park Lane Hilton Hotels.

In Australia, Lucy has held a residency at the Brisbane Sheraton Hotel.
She has performed internationally as a solo, chamber and orchestral Harpist, including guest principal positions with The Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra, The Royal Ballet, English National Ballet and The Hungarian Opera Company.

Since her arrival in Australia in 2000, Lucy has performed regularly with The Queensland Orchestra as guest principal and second harpist. Other freelance work includes performances with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, West Australian Symphony Orchestra, and the Canberra Symphony Orchestra.

Lucy trained as a Foundation and Merit Scholar harpist at the Royal College of Music, London and Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Australia respectively.

Repertoire
Lucy's repertoire covers a wide range of styles from Light Classical and Romantic to Celtic tunes and Popular songs. She welcomes requests.

Cindy Shih B.Mus (harp)

Cindy is a professional and accomplished harpist. She plays with a unique and beautiful tone, and commands a very extensive repertoire. Cindy trained in harp performance at both the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, and the University of Auckland School of Music.

As well as being in demand as a wedding musician throughout South East Queensland, she has entertained guests at many prestigious events, including several performances for the Governor of Queensland at Government House. Cindy has appeared on a television special featured on Channel 7's The Great South East.

Repertoire
Cindy's extensive repertoire covers a wide range of styles including Light Classical and Romantic, Pop songs, Show Tunes, Sacred music and hymns, Irish tunes and Folk songs, Latin American numbers, as well as mediaeval music. She will happily perform special requests.

Harp and Cello Duo
In this combination, the cello takes the lead voice, and is accompanied by the harp. The result is a unique, rich and sonorous musical experience perfect for romantic occasions.
Repertoire spans well-loved Light Classical and Romantic pieces, Pop songs, and Folk tunes. Requests welcome.

Flute/Violin and Harp Duo and Flute/Violin, Cello and Harp trio
These duo and trio combinations conjure a magical ambiance of timeless romance and elegance. Repertoire spans Light Classical and Romantic, Folk music and Pop.
